Donna has over 30 years of administrative and customer service experience working in the Federal Government and private sector.

Donna was able to leverage her administrative and customer service skills and pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction and Listing Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals increase their clientele and meet timelines by completing the clerical portions of their contracts and identify areas for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, develop sustainable solutions for process improvement, increase operational efficiency in the transaction and listing process.
